AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The speaker of the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatima Masoumeh (S.A) emphasized that seeking intercession to Imam Jawad (AS) is highly recommended for protection from worldly harms. He said, "Parents who are concerned about their children should handover them to Imam Jawad (AS) and ask him to guide them towards the path of prosperity and good end."
According to the news agency of the Holy Shrine of Lady Masoumeh (SA), Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Seyyed Hossein Mo'meni, in his speech on the eve of the birth anniversary of Imam Jawad (AS) at the Holy Shrine, stated, "Two narrations from two masoomeen have been narrated regarding Imam Jawad (AS). Imam Musa al-Kadhim (AS) pointed to his son Imam Reza (AS) and said: 'Soon, Allah will bless him with a child who will be trustworthy and blessed.'"
He added, "Imam Reza (AS) was on Hajj and had his son, Imam Jawad (AS), was in his arms. He was cutting the piece of fruit and putting it to his mouth. One of his companions asked about Imam Reza's (AS) love for his child. Imam Reza (AS) replied, 'This child is so blessed that no child in Islam has been born with more blessings than him.'"
The speaker at the Holy Shrine of Lady Fatima Masoumeh stated that Imam Reza (AS) had his son, Imam Jawad (AS), at the age of 40. He explained that due to this delay in having children, some people were taunting Imam Reza (AS) and creating doubt in his Imamah. Even after the birth of Imam Jawad (AS), some claimed that the child is not for him, which was deeply hurtful.
He emphasized that seeking intercession to Imam Jawad (AS) is highly recommended for protection from worldly harms. He said, "Parents who are concerned about their children should handover them to Imam Jawad (AS) and ask him to guide them towards the path of prosperity and good end."
Mo’meni while also highlighting that the youth should use all his might to build the asset so that can use it in mid and old age, said, "The idea that young people should simply enjoy themselves is incorrect. If one does not work during youth, the opportunity will be lost. According to narrations, young age is from 15 to 29, middle age is from 30 to 40, and after 40 is the stage of old age when one’s physical strength begins to decline."
He further stressed that young people should monitor himself to avoid wasting opportunities. "In young age, through careful self-monitoring, one can quickly progress through stages of growth and reach high levels of perfection,"
Referring to some sayings of Imam Jawad (AS), the speaker described following these teachings as a valuable asset for life. He added, "The first and most important asset is trust in God. Whatever one seeks in this world must be requested from God. When we humble ourselves before Him, He makes us great."
Quoting that Imam Jawad (AS), said a believer needs three things, the first of which is divine success in life. He said, "We must consistently place ourselves under God’s care. If we do so, God will provide sustenance from the sources we could never imagine."
