AhlulBayt News Agency: The secretary-general of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Aal Dia-Uddin, continues to receive well-wishers who flocked to offer congratulations on the occasion of his reappointment by the Shiite Waqf court to continue the functions of the secretary-general of the holy shrine for another three years.
The well-wishers expressed their congratulations and blessings to Sayed Aal Dia-Uddin, wishing him success in completing his career in serving the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) and his visitors, asking Allah the Almighty to help him in performing his duties.
The Shiite Waqf court had issued an official document for the reappointment of Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Aal Dia-Uddin to the post of Secretary-General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, and the document stated that "upon the approval of His Eminence the supreme religious authority Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani, on the date of 13th Rabi al-Thani 1446 AH, and based on Article (4) III/ E, of the law of the Shiite Waqf Court No. (57) of 2012, and for the requirements of the interest of work, it was decided to reappoint Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Abboud Aal Dia-Uddin, Secretary General of the Al-Abbas's (P) holy shrine for another three years, starting from the expiration date of the previous term".
The document added, "Sayed Mustafa Mortadha Abboud Aal Dia-Uddin is tasked with nominating the deputy secretary-general and five members of the board of Directors of the Shrine to work in accordance with it".
It is noteworthy that Sayed Mustafa Aal Dia-Uddin assumed the post of Secretary General of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine at the beginning of January 2022, succeeding engineer Mohammed Al-Ashigar. And prior to his appointment as secretary general, Sayed Mustafa was a member of the board of Directors of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine. he conducted many field tours to inspect the projects and services provided to visitors.
He also worked in the past period to strengthen joint cooperation with other holy shrines in various fields in order to improve the services provided to visitors. The decision to re-appoint him was widely welcomed by the servants of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon him), who expressed their joy and prayed for him to succeed in his career.
