Number of victims of Parachinar siege increased: Official

The Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has expressed deep concern over the irresponsible statements made by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesman, Barrister Saif, about Kurram and Parachinar, and said that the statements made by Barrister Saif are very ridiculous and irresponsible.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The Secretary General of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has expressed deep concern over the irresponsible statements made by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesman, Barrister Saif, about Kurram and Parachinar, and said that the statements made by Barrister Saif are very ridiculous and irresponsible.

The statement of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government spokesman about the situation in Kurram that there is no shortage of medicine is illogical and due to negligence. Since October 1, all the roads to Parachinar have been blocked, which has led to a severe shortage of medicine, and from October 1 to December 18, 31 innocent children have lost their lives due to lack of medicine.

The federal government is incapable of providing security

He added that Barrister Saif is lying to hide his criminal negligence and cruelty. The situation in Parachinar and Kurram is the responsibility of the federal, provincial and security agencies, which are unable to establish the authority of the state.

Children are the first victims of the Parachinar siege

Dr. Nasser Abbas Shirazi stated that the provincial government is showing indifference by its silence towards the loss of innocent children and the suffering of the people of Parachinar. Barrister Saif, who claims to open the roads within an hour, is in fact admitting that the roads have been handed over to terrorists for the past seventy days. The government’s duty is to establish security and open safe roads for the people, and not to rely on the Jirga negotiations.

It is worth noting that the roads in Kurram have been blocked for more than two months.
