According to the Ahlul Bayt International News Agency (ABNA), the head of the 26th International Storytelling Festival and the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults has officially appointed Hassan Sadrai Aref as the International Secretary for the event.
In a decree issued by Farhad Fallah, the emphasis has been put on the need to activate essential resources to achieve the objectives of the 26th festival, which aims to provide cultural and spiritual support for the oppressed children and adolescents in Gaza and Lebanon.
The decree also highlights several key points, including the establishment of effective communication to attract international storytellers, the preparation of content requirements for the international section, and the planning for the competitive aspects of the festival.
Sadraei Aref has a diverse background that includes serving as the secretary of the Media Committee for the Youth Human Rights Organization, teaching media and cyberspace in educational and cultural institutions both domestically and internationally, acting as the editor-in-chief of the Hawza News Agency, and has an extensive international media experience across various countries.
Currently, he is the Managing Director of the ABNA news agency, which operates globally in 27 languages.
The 26th International Storytelling Festival, organized by the Institute for the Intellectual Development of Children and Young Adults, is scheduled to take place from February 5 to 8, 2025 (17 to 20 Bahman 1403) in the city of Yazd. Under the slogan "The Secret of Stories is the Instrument of Life," the festival will emphasize support for the oppressed children of Palestine, Gaza, and Lebanon.
