AhlulBayt News Agency: The Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a women research session on the biography of Fatima az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in Pakistan, with the participation of several academic researchers.
This came on the sidelines of the Second Women Festival organized by the heritage of the prophets Institute for electronic Theological Studies/Urdu branch, affiliated to the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the holy shrine, in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady az-Zahra (peace be upon her) in the Pakistani city of Karachi.
The representative of the Al-Abbas's (p) shrine in Pakistan, Sheikh Nasser Abbas Najafi, said that the third day of the festival witnessed a women research session that dealt with a number of topics, including the biography of Lady Fatima az-Zahra(peace be upon her) and her oppression, and the events that happened to her in her blessed life.
He added that the session included providing a guiding speech to adhere to the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and their sound approach, and concluded by honoring the researchers participating in the session with participation certificates, gifts and shields of appreciation.
The festival includes the establishment of various events, including the Takleef ceremony, in addition to seminars, introductory tours in educational, religious and cultural institutions, and poetry evenings.
The Second Women Festival aims to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Our Lady of the worlds (peace be upon her) in Pakistan and highlight glimpses of her blessed life.
