AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Servants from Imam Reza shrine have distributed some 10,000 aid packages among Lebanese refugees in Syria.
According to Mohsen Houshmand, the head of Communications and Media Center of Astan Quds Razavi (AQR, “Distribution of aid packages in Syria has been undertaken with the cooperation and support of the servants, servant-volunteers, and lovers of Imam Reza, under the banner of AQR, and has been sent to Syria to assist the Lebanese refugees”.
Many refugees from Lebanon were forced to leave their homes due to the Israeli aggression against the southern suburbs of Beirut.
Houshmand added that each package contains essential items for a Lebanese family, tailored to their tastes, including flour, rice, tomato paste, canned tuna, oil, sugar, legumes, etc.
He noted, “Although the people of Lebanon have endured difficult conditions, they have bravely persevered”.
Currently, Lebanese people are leaving Syria for Lebanon with joy and a sense of victory, returning to their homes, after the announced ceasefire between the Lebanese resistance movement of Hezbollah and the Israeli regime.
The head of AQR’s Communications and Media Center concluded by expressing hopes that “the blessed items from Imam Reza shrine will bring blessings to the Lebanese families and that we will witness continuous victories for the resistance front”.
