AhlulBayt News Agency: Jenin governor Kamal Abul-Rab said on Wednesday evening that two young men were martyred in Kafr Dan town, west of the city, in Israeli attacks.
“The occupation informed us that it killed two young men, whose identities are not yet known, and detained their bodies after bombing a vehicle and besieging a nearby house in Kafr Dan,” Abul-Rab reported.
The new martyrs have brought to eight the number of the Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in Jenin within 48 hours. 19 other citizens also suffered injuries during the recent IOF raid in different areas of Jenin.
The IOF reportedly withdrew from Jenin following a two-day raid, leaving a trail of widespread destruction to public and private property.
For their part, media sources said that an IOF drone bombed a vehicle in Wadi Hasan area between the towns of Kafr Dan and Yamun in western Jenin, killing one person, before Israeli troops stormed Kafr Dan.
In a related context, al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, mourned Qusay Farahat, saying he was one of its fighters in Jenin and martyred on Wednesday afternoon during clashes with Israeli forces in Kafr Dan.
