Are Hezbollah's painful blows forcing Israel to retreat?

Zionists, who failed to achieve any of their goals after weeks of trying to infiltrate Lebanon, are now talking about an imminent withdrawal, claiming to have completed their operations in southern Lebanon.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Zionists, who failed to achieve any of their goals after weeks of trying to infiltrate Lebanon, are now talking about an imminent withdrawal, claiming to have completed their operations in southern Lebanon.

The Zionist regime's Channel 13 announced on Saturday that the army is on the verge of ending its ground operation in southern Lebanon, and assessments show that 90% of the army's operations in Lebanon have ended.

Fayez al-Duwairi, a military affairs expert in West Asia, in an interview with al Jazeera TV said that the Israeli statements about the imminent withdrawal from the Lebanese border contradict the statements of Herzog Halevi, the chief of staff of the occupying regime, who said two days ago that expanding operations in Lebanon is a necessity, and this means that Israel has not achieved its military goals in Lebanon.

Al-Duwairi added: All the border cities of Lebanon with the Occupied Territories were destroyed, but the Lebanese resistance forces are still present in these cities and continue their operations against the Zionist enemy, just like the Gaza Strip, which has been completely destroyed, but the resistance is present in all areas and fighting the Zionists.

Referring to the deadly operations carried out by Hezbollah against the Zionists in recent days and weeks, the Jordanian expert emphasized that Hezbollah has inflicted painful blows on the Zionists in Tel Aviv and has targeted most of the Zionist airbases.

Al-Duwairi stated: Also, the missile bombardment of Haifa and Galilee has become a normal daily occurrence, and these areas are constantly under Hezbollah's missile attacks.

Meanwhile, Brigadier General Elias Hanna, another military and strategic expert of West Asia, reviewing the field developments in southern Lebanon said: "The Zionist regime's army is trying to keep Hezbollah fighters, especially the special unit of Ridwan, away from the borders, but it is facing many problems in achieving this goal."

Hanna added: Currently, the majority of the Zionist army's soldiers are on the Lebanese border, and they have made great efforts to advance into Lebanese territory, but they have not succeeded. In response to these Zionist efforts, Hezbollah forces inflicted heavy casualties on the Israeli army's ground forces in southern Lebanon.
