Pakistani lawmaker: Israeli missile attack on Iran must be condemned

A Pakistani lawmaker said although the Israeli regime's attack on Iran was nothing more than a scandalous defeat, the regime's aggression was against international law and must be strongly condemned.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A Pakistani lawmaker said although the Israeli regime's attack on Iran was nothing more than a scandalous defeat, the regime's aggression was against international law and must be strongly condemned.

On Saturday early morning, October 26, the Israeli regime tried to hit some targets within the Iranian national territories as several sounds resembling explosions were heard, particularly in western Tehran, the capital, and Khuzestan and Ilam Provinces in Western Iran. The Israeli missiles were intercepted and caused little damage.

Raja Nassir Abbas Jafari said in a message that the Israeli regime's attack on Iran, which was carried out with the US political and logistical support, proved that it was not just a matter of the Israeli war on Gaza but a war on the whole Islamic world.

Jafari noted that the Israeli regime and its supporters seek to protect the survival of the Zionist entity from the Resistance Front and the Islamic Republic in the region, so they are spreading war through the continuation of the crimes the regime is perpetrating.

He stressed: "The issue that is more worrying and the international community should not ignore is the logistical and intelligence support provided by the US to the Zionist regime to attack Iran, which shows the human-advocate country's desire to continue violence and war."

The Pakistani MP called on the Islamic country to provide the resistance front with military and financial support.

It is more than one year, since October 7, 2023, that the Israeli regime, backed by the US, has launched an all-out war in the region and is massacring the people of Gaza, West Bank, and Lebanon while assaulting other countries like Iran and Syria.

The regime's attack on Gaza and Lebanon since the day has left more than 45,000 Palestinians and Lebanese martyred and more than 100,000 others wounded.
