AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Pro-Palestine rallies continue to be held in European capitals, with the capital of Belgium hosting the latest.
Thousands took part in the demonstration that took place in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza, Arabi21 website reported.
The demonstrators condemned the Israeli regime’s atrocities and called for an end to the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip and the regime’s attacks on Lebanon.
They stressed the need for a ban on selling weapons to the Israeli regime.
They also denounced the US and European countries for supporting the Tel Aviv regime.
They carried the flags of Lebanon and Palestine and some wore Palestinian keffiyeh.
They also carried banners which read, “Stop Genocide”, “Palestine is Free” and “Stand Up for Palestine”.
Police estimated that more than 32,000 people were present at the rally.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, more than 42,600 people, mostly women and children, have been killed and nearly 100,000 have been injured in the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023.
Israeli strikes on Lebanon have also killed more than 2,000 people and displayed over 1.5 million in the Arab country in recent months.
