AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Afghanistan's Shia Ulema Council has issued a statement on the occasion of the martyrdom of the head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement Yahya al-Sinwar and emphasized that with the martyrdom of the resistance commanders, the flag of the liberation struggle will not fall to the ground.

Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan has issued a statement to condole over the martyrdom of Yahya al-Sinwar, the head of the political bureau of the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement "Hamas" to all Muslims and free people of the world.

The full text of the statement issued by the Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan regarding the martyrdom of Yahya al-Sinwar is as follows:

In the name of Allah, the Merciful.

In continuation of their genocide and crimes against humanity, the Zionist regime assassinated another brave and proud commander of the resistance.

As a child, Yahya al-Sinwar saw oppression, aggression, occupation and desecration in his hometown before he decided to pray in Al-Aqsa Mosque, he saw it in the fence of the occupying executioners.

Since then, he devoted himself to the liberation of Al-Aqsa, Palestine and the restoration of the dignity and sanctity of the Muslim residents of this holy land.

As a young man, he spent 22 years of his noble life in prison and under brutal torture by the occupying regime, and after being released from prison, he continued to fight more boldly and bravely than before, until he was martyred in the battlefield, while one of his hands was amputated.

The Shia Ulema Council of Afghanistan congratulates and condoles the martyrdom of this brave martyr to all the Muslims and free people of the world, especially the patient and heroic nation of Palestine, and especially to his comrades and his family, and prays to God for the highest status of this martyr.

It also emphasizes once again the fact that with the testimony of the resistance commanders, the flag of the liberation struggle will not fall on the ground, as this fact was revealed by the assassination of the previous leaders and commanders of Palestine and Lebanon, as well as the destruction and genocide which has been taking place during the last 13 months in Palestine.

We firmly believe that the Jihad and the struggle of the Palestinian Muslim nation will continue until the liberation of Quds and the occupied territories, and that day will not be far.
