AhlulBayt News Agency: Five Lebanese citizens were martyred on Saturday in Israeli airstrikes on areas in the north and south of Beirut.
According to media sources, the Israeli army launched an aerial attack, for the first time, on the Christian-majority City of Jounieh in the north of Beirut, killing two people.
An Israeli drone reportedly attacked and damaged a civilian car carrying a man and his wife on a main road in Jounieh, which connects Beirut and northern Lebanon, but the couple left the vehicle before the drone chased them and killed them in a nearby area.
Two other people were injured in the same drone attack on the couple in Jounieh.
Earlier, three other citizens were martyred and another one was injured in Israeli airstrikes on Zefta town, south of Beirut.
