AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Senior scholar Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi has mentioned the role of authorities, scholars and thinkers in strengthening the resistance front and stated,” the expectation is that by announcing their timely and courageous positions, in addition to expressing sympathy, the Shia scholars will strengthen and motivate the resistance forces.”
Shia source of emulation Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi, in a meeting with some members of Iran’s Assembly of Leadership Experts, emphasized the need for unity among Hezbollah forces and said,” There must be unity and cohesion among Hezbollah forces within their organization, as well as between the Lebanese people, so there will be no danger to them.”
He went on to say that the government and people of Iran have not stopped supporting the Lebanese resistance and will always continue to do so.
The Grand Ayatollah further mentioned the role of Shia authorities, scholars and thinkers in strengthening the resistance front, noting,” the expectation is that by declaring their positions in time and bravely, in addition to expressing sympathy, they will try to strengthen and motivate the resistance forces.”
Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, referring to Israel's disgraceful defeat in the 33-day war in Lebanon, added,” Lebanon's Hezbollah can defeat Israel once again by using the same abilities and sincere forces and their experience once again. What led to victory in the past can lead to a second victory today.”
He pointed out that Israel has shown it does not adhere to any international law; the announcement of the assassination of Grand Ayatollah Sistani also shows they respect no boundaries.
“We are ready to support the resistance front.” The Grand Ayatollah added.
