Two Palestinians martyred by Zionist gunfire in Jenin amid fierce clashes with resistance

At least, two Palestinians have been martyred and four others injured by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire, in the ongoing Israeli offensive on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, north of the West Bank.

AhlulBayt News Agency: At least, two Palestinians have been martyred and four others injured by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire, in the ongoing Israeli offensive on the city of Jenin and its refugee camp, north of the West Bank.

The IOF, escorted by military vehicles and bulldozers, stormed Jenin and its camp, amid armed clashes with resistance fighters.

The clashes erupted after the discovery of a unit of Israeli special forces at the entrance of Jenin camp.

Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli special forces infiltrated the outskirts of Jenin camp as Israeli military vehicles were advancing into the city of Jenin from the Al-Jalameh military checkpoint.

The Red Crescent reported an injury by Israeli shooting in the camp, revealing that the IOF prevented its crews from approaching it, before reporting the martyrdom of the young man Mahmoud Abu al-Rub, after being shot by the IOF in the al-Sibat neighborhood in the city of Jenin.

The director of al-Razi Hospital in Jenin, Fawaz Hammad, reported the martyrdom of the 17-year-old Rayan Ibrahim al-Sayyid, who succumbed to his wounds sustained by IOF’s bullets during its storming of the city.

Medical sources announced that four citizens were injured by IOF’s gunfire in confrontations that erupted in various areas of Jenin and its camp.

Local sources reported that the resistance fighters detonated several explosive devices in Israeli vehicles, while violent armed clashes erupted between the IOF and resistance fighters who showered Israeli soldiers with volleys of bullets.

The cities of the northern West Bank are facing Israeli military campaigns and operations under the pretext of dismantling resistance cells.
