AhlulBayt News Agency: A Palestinian citizen was martyred on Sunday after he carried out a resistance operation that killed one Israeli soldier and injured others in Beersheba in the Negev desert.
According to the Hebrew media one female soldier was killed and 13 other Israelis were injured when a Palestinian carried out a shooting and stabbing operation at the central bus station in Beersheba.
The Israeli army radio said that the Palestinian stabbed a female border soldier and snatched her weapon before opening fire at other Israeli citizens at the bus station.
The martyr was identified as Ahmed al-Aqabi from Beersheba.
