People in different cities of Iran held spontaneous gatherings, condemning the Zionist regime's crime of martyring Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the late Secretary-General of Hezbollah.

AhlulBayt News Agency: People in different cities of Iran held spontaneous gatherings, condemning the Zionist regime's crime of martyring Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the late Secretary-General of Hezbollah.

They also expressed sympathy and solidarity with the people of Lebanon and Palestine.

The Zionist regime, after about a year of crime and war in the Gaza Strip, has expanded its atrocities to Lebanon since last Monday. In its latest crime, on Friday (September 27), following the bombing of the southern suburbs of Beirut, the Zionist regime martyred the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in Lebanon.

According to Pars Today, in these gatherings, which were held spontaneously in 31 provincial cities of Iran with the participation of Iranians from all walks of life, including men and women, old and young, school and university students, people chanted slogans such as "Death to Israel", "Death to America", "Oh Sayyed of Resistance, your way continues" and "Oh Hezbollah leader, congratulations on your martyrdom".

The participants in these gatherings, who wore black shirts as a sign of mourning, held flags of Iran, Palestine, and Hezbollah, and pictures of Imam Khamenei, Martyr Hajj Qassem Soleimani, and Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, and announced that they would stand up to the last breath on the path of liberating the holy Quds and destroying the Zionist regime.

Also, after the news of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's martyrdom, a black mourning flag was raised over the dome of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (PBUH), in Mashhad, and the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH), his sister in Qom.

University classes in Iran were also closed today (Sunday) in protest against the Zionist regime's terrorist actions and to hold solidarity gatherings with the people of Lebanon.

All classes in seminary schools across Iran were also closed for three days in protest against the Zionist regime's crimes.

The lights of the Tabiat Bridge and Milad Tower in Tehran also turned red as a sign of revenge.
