AhlulBayt News Agency: Iran has expressed condolences over the martyrdom of the secretary general of the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah.
In a statement on Saturday, Hezbollah confirmed the assassination of its leader in massive Israeli airstrikes targeting residential buildings in southern Beirut on Friday.
In a post on his official X account on Saturday, Iran’s Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kan’ani said Nasrallah's “honorable” way of resistance will continue.
He added that Nasrallah’s holy goal of liberating al-Quds will be realized, God willing.
