AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): In a statement, the AhlulBayt (a.s.) Assembly of Iraq denounced the brutal invasion of Lebanon by the Zionist regime.
This institution emphasized that the massacre and the continuation of the crimes by the Zionist regime in Lebanon, prove that the regime is bloodthirsty and brutal.
The English version of this statement, originally issued in Arabic, is as follows:
In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful
“Those who are fought against are permitted [to fight] because they have been wronged, and Allah is indeed able to help them” (Holy Quran, 22: 39)
In the strongest terms, we denounce the brutal aggression against the oppressed Lebanese people, which has created bloody scenes in the entire south of the country.
The massacres committed and the continuation of the crimes by the Zionist regime in Lebanon, prove that the regime is bloodthirsty and brutal.
These issues also reveal the falsity of international slogans advocating human rights, and the level of submission of Arab and Islamic regimes.
We ask the Almighty God to make the martyrs of resilient Lebanon subject to His vast mercy and unite them with Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) and his AhlulBayt (a.s.) and grant healing and health to the wounded.
