US Magazine: Yemen defeats strongest empires in world

The USS Big Horn, a naval ship in the Middle East, was damaged in an incident which is under investigation Tuesday morning, the US Forces said.

AhlulBayt News Agency: The USS Big Horn, a naval ship in the Middle East, was damaged in an incident which is under investigation Tuesday morning, the US Forces said.

According to “Business Insider,” a source within the US fleet reported that a refueling tanker belonging to the US fleet in the Middle East was damaged after colliding with an unknown object in the Arabian Sea.

The report stated, “A US Navy fuel ship deployed in the Middle East was damaged on Monday after apparently striking something.”

The source noted that the “USS Big Horn” collided with a stationary object in the Arabian Sea.

According to US media, the ship was off the coast of Oman on Tuesday, and later tow boats began to pull it to a nearby port.

According to the Associated Press, the USNS Big Horn was damaged after it resupplied the USS Abraham Lincoln aircraft carrier strike group.

The carrier group remains in the region amid heightened tensions over the Israel-Hamas war and Israel’s ongoing strikes targeting Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The maritime tracking site gCaptain showed flooding on board. The website suggested that the vessel “ran aground […] and partially flooded off the coast of Oman.”

In this context, the American Magazine “Jacobin” stated that, for the past ten years, Yemeni armed forces have managed to defeat the coalition led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE against Yemen, which was supported by the United States.

They successfully overcame the multi-national force Operation Prosperity Guardian led by US  in the Red Sea.

The Yemeni armed forces have carried out significant strikes in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, targeting ships connected to Israel, along with those affiliated with the US and the UK.

Moreover, the Yemeni forces were able to strike Israel with a low-cost drone and a hypersonic missile.

The report emphasized that through their attacks on shipping vessels in the Red Sea, the  Yemeni forces have gained international recognition among millions around the world who are shocked by the ongoing massacre of Palestinians and the failure of global leaders, including those at the United Nations, to put an end to it.
