AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The chairman of the Muslim Unity Council, Rajah Nasser Abbas Jafari, described the cyber-attack on the Lebanese satellite system as a joint aggression between Israel and the United States.
Rajah Nasser Abbas Jafari said,” The cyber-attack on the Lebanese satellite system is a joint aggression between Israel and the United States.
He further noted, “We strongly condemn this barbaric act in Lebanon; Killing civilians by hacking public communication devices is an unforgivable war crime of these cruel regime.”
He added, "The extend of brutality that the Zionist regime displays to preserve its existence cannot guarantee its survival. Israel is an inscription on the wall that, God willing, will be destroyed soon.”
Israel’s malevolent intentions came to light on Tuesday following the simultaneous detonation of communication devices used by people across Lebanon.
Thousands of people were injured and some others lost their lives when their pagers exploded.
Israel has been blamed for the act of sabotage which also targeted Hezbollah.
Citing a spokesperson in the office of Benjamin Netanyahu, Israeli media said the regime was behind the explosions. But Israel has not claimed responsibility.
