AhlulBayt News Agency: A group of young Muslim converts from Manchester, the UK, attended a six-day course at Imam Reza (AS) shrine in Mashhad to get more acquainted with Islamic teachings.
Aiming to familiarize participants with Islamic teachings, the cultural and educational program was organized by the Khorasan branch of Al-Mustafa International University.
The program was held with the participation of newly converted Shia Muslim students from Manchester, England.
It was conducted in collaboration with the International Affairs Department of the Astan Quds Razavi and the management of non-Iranian pilgrims.
The program included various activities, such as classes on understanding the principles and beliefs of Islam, including monotheism, prophethood, and the Hereafter, the etiquette of visiting the shrine of Imam Reza (AS), and addressing questions and doubts.
Participants also engaged in shrine-related activities, visited the central library of Astan Quds, and toured the museum of rare manuscripts and the central museum of the holy shrine.
