AhlulBayt News Agency: The Service Affairs Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine carried out a cleaning campaign as part of its periodic work for the vicinity of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (Peace be upon him).
The cleaning campaign comes within the framework of the continuous efforts of the Department's staff after the end of the Ziyarat of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) and the martyrdom anniversary of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (Allah's prayers be upon him and upon his holy Household), to provide a suitable environment and atmosphere for visitors, and to receive religious and cultural events in the coming days.
The works included washing the Qibla gate, the perimeter of the Holy Shrine and some roads leading to the holy shrine, in addition to emptying and washing waste containers.
Since the first day of the month of Safar, the staff of the department has exhausted all its efforts in providing various services to millions of visitors coming to visit the shrines of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them) in the holy city of Karbala.
