AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza is at risk of shutting down within the next 24 hours due to a severe shortage of medical supplies and fuel, according to Mohamed Salha, the acting director of the hospital.
Salha issued an urgent warning today, stating that the hospital's operations are critically dependent on the arrival of fuel from the World Health Organization.
Currently, Al-Awda Hospital is relying on small generators to provide essential healthcare services to patients and the injured. However, says the acting director, "this is not a sustainable solution, and the facility faces imminent closure if fuel supplies are not replenished."
Al-Awda Hospital is part of the Al-Awda Health and Community Association. It provides crucial health and community services through its network of facilities across the Gaza Strip.
