AhlulBayt News Agency: The Engineering Projects Department at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has completed the construction of a water station with a capacity of 12 million liters per day, on the Ya Hussein road linking Najaf Al-Ashraf and holy Karbala.
The supervisor of the project, engineer Bassam al-Hashimi, said:"the Engineering Projects Department has completed the construction of a liquefaction station on (Ya Hussein) road, starting from pillar 757 to the Zubaylia Junction, due to the lack of liquefaction water in that area and as a result of the appeals of the Masters of processions and Husseini bodies scattered on the road."
He added that"the station has been established on the Euphrates River in the al-Fayada area, with a capacity of 12 million liters per day of clear water, and the experimental pumping and water production section will be launched on the fifth of Safar of this year".
"The staffs of the holy shrine have connected the project, which execution lasted for about 70 days, to the water network connecting to the province of Karbala,"al-Hashimi said.
