AhlulBayt News Agency: The department between the Two Holy Shrines at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced that its stations produce 20 thousand liters of potable water per hour.
Hassan Rashid Matar, the official of the cooling unit and water pumping stations in the Department, said: "the unit works on physically treating and filtering water through two stations, the production capacity of one of which is 10 thousand liters per hour."
"The water produced from the two stations is cooled through devices from known companies and pumped to the drinking fountains located in the courtyard between the Two Holy Shrines, in addition to spray fans that contribute to tempering and cooling the atmosphere in the area,"he added.
"These plants produce and cool water around the clock, especially on the days of the major Ziyarats,"Matar said.
