Ahlulbayt News Agency: On the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH), Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky (H), meets brothers and sisters of the Islamic movement in Abuja. The gathering on the 10th of Muharram 1446 was attended by thousands of mourners who listened to the Sheikh’s speech.
He described the sacrifice of Imam Hussain (A) as a model and way out for all freedom seekers in the world which is full of lessons for humanity.
He said anyone seeking freedom from injustice, Imam Hussain (AS) is his role model as his outing was to fight oppression and injustice, and no one supports injustice except unjust. “Imam Hussein (as) is for everyone, he is for humanity. He is an inspiration for every freedom-seeking individual, for he fought against oppression, and nobody likes oppression except the oppressor himself”
He added that freedom is only obtained through sacrifice, not just sitting down hoping that things will turn upright by themselves, people have to rise against all forms of injustice.
The leader said Prophet Muhammad, the last prophet has brought the last and final message to humanity, and leaving the message and opting for other ways (will not produce results).
On the issue of the democratic system, the leader says the system, which is full of lies and deceptions, has already failed in the whole world.
The leader also spoke on various destabilizing plans against other nations, especially Nigeria, which suffered so many killings through Western-sponsored terrorism in the form of Boko Haram and Kidnapping.
