Hamas, Islamic Jihad welcome Yemeni attack on Tel Aviv

Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements welcomed on Friday the attack carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces and the Ansar Allah group on Tel Aviv using a “Yafa” drone.

AhlulBayt News Agency: Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements welcomed on Friday the attack carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces and the Ansar Allah group on Tel Aviv using a “Yafa” drone.

In a statement on Friday, Hamas Movement considered the attack as the start of a new phase of resistance that targets the center of the Israeli occupation in response to the ongoing brutal aggression against defenseless Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and in support of the Palestinian resistance.

Hamas affirmed that the resistance activism by Ansar Allah group in Yemen, and the resistance fronts in Lebanon and Iraq, represent the nation’s natural right to resistance of the occupation and highlights the importance of the unity of the nation as it shares the same destiny.

For its part, the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine considered the Yemeni attack a natural response to the continuation of the Israeli genocidal war against the Palestinian people and the war crimes which are being committed by the Israeli occupation army with the support of US President Joe Biden’s administration and the Western governments.

In a separate statement on Friday, Islamic Jihad also praised the activity of the resistance forces in Lebanon, Iraq, and Yemen, considering that their support of the Palestinian resistance proves that the issue of Palestine and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque is the central issue of the Arab and Islamic nation.

Earlier on Friday, the Yemeni Armed Forces announced their responsibility for a drone attack on a vital target in Tel Aviv in response to the Israeli aggression and ongoing massacres in the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli occupation army announced that an Israeli settler was killed, eight others were injured, and the offices in the US Consulate were damaged as a result of the drone explosion.
