Ahlulbayt News Agency: The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held a condolence Council in the state of Rawanda in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hussayn and his companions (peace be upon them).
The council witnessed a lecture given by Sheikh Abu Haider Yas in which he explained that Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him) proved his approach, and left us a legacy that refines souls and encourages them to confront tyrants and corrupt people.
In his lecture, which was held in the presence of a gathering of mourners from the followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), Yas touched upon the need to adhere to the values of Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him), which is associated with our knowledge of the imam (peace be upon him) and taking him as a supreme example for us in our lives.
