It is marked on the first Friday of Muharram yearly in memory of Abdullahi Bn Radhee the suckling child of Imam Husain (AS) martyred by the Yazid tyranny army in Karbala 61 AH by shooting with a three-headed arrow that destroyed his throat. The day is referred to as the International Day of Infants concerning Shaheed Abdullahi Radhee(AS).
