AhlulBayt News Agency: The atmosphere of sadness and blackness hung over the parts of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, just before the ceremony of replacing the flag of the domes of Imam al-Hussayn and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon them), marking the holy month of Muharram.
The Senior Official of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine; Sayed Ahmad al-Safi, handed over the flag of the dome of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) for the holy month of Muharram 1446 AH to the secretary-general; Sayed Mustafa Murtada Aal Dia-Uddin.
The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine published banners of condolence, sorrow and sympathy, in the Holy Courtyard and the area between the two Shrines, to welcome the holy month of Muharram and Safar.
The holy shrine received thousands of visitors from inside and outside Iraq to participate in the ceremonies of replacing the flags of the two holy shrines.
The Al-Abbas's (p) Shrine will perform the ceremony of replacing the flag of the dome of the Master Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him) after the Maghrib and Isha prayers.
