The staff of the Department between the Two Holy Shrines at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, completed spreading blackness in the area between the two holy shrines, coinciding with the advent of the holy month of Muharram.
Assistant head of the Department; Sayed Mohammed Mustafa al-Taweel, said:"the Department's staff has completed the tasks of spreading blackness and signs of sadness in the area between the two holy shrines, coinciding with the approach of the holy month of Muharram."
He added that "our staff worked on spreading black flags and banners on which the words of sadness, sorrow and sympathy for the imams of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) were written, as the condolence banners were hung, which were sewn, embroidered and formed after taking all the measurements of the places of their installation".
He stressed that "the black banners will be hung throughout the months of Muharram and Safar".
All departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine are mobilizing their efforts in spreading the signs of grief, and preparing to provide various services to mourners coming to visit the two holy shrines, with the imminent arrival of the month of mourning for the misfortunes of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
