Commemoration held for martyr Raisi in London

A commemoration for the late Martyr, President Raisi was held in front of the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in London, to mark the 40th day since his martyrdom.

AhlulBayt News Agency: A commemoration for the late Martyr, President Raisi was held in front of the embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in London, to mark the 40th day since his martyrdom.

A crowd of Muslims and Jewish people, including Rabbis, were seen listening to speeches by various religious and political figures speaking on Palestine, Iran, Interfaith unity, personal responsibility, and justice. The crowd was carrying Palestinian and Iranian flags as well as signs with slogans praising Martyr Raisi and condemning Israel.

Cars passing by were heard honking their horns in support of the gathering, most likely for the Palestinian flags. Some passers-by asked the reason for the gathering and the participants in this meeting explained to them about it.

Among the speakers were Sheikh Hassan al turaiki, Maulana Abrar Hussaini, Musharaf Hussaini, Agha sayed Zaki Rizvi, Mualana Reza Haider Rizvi, and Masud Shajara. Lectures, poetry, and chants were heard in English, Persian, Urdu, and ArabicThe organizations involved were AhlulBayt Islamic Mission (AIM), Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC), Baab-ul-ilm - Leeds, Imamians UK, Justice for Palestine Committee, Inminds Human Rights Group and other Shia organizations.
