AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A group of devotees of Imam Ali (PBUH), alongside the Iraqi people, are engaged in a three-week campaign of banner installation, leaflet and brochure distribution, and face-to-face promotion of Ghadir.
To promote and practice a hadith attributed to Imam Reza (PBUH) who said, “No matter where you are, try to be present with the commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (PBUH), on the day of Ghadir,” a group of seminary students and people from Qom embarked on a pilgrimage to Iraq.
these devotees of Imam Ali (PBUH), alongside the Iraqi people, are engaged in a three-week campaign of banner installation, leaflet and brochure distribution, and face-to-face promotion of Ghadir.
In previous years, the observance of Ghadir in Iraq was far less significant compared to Iran. However, this year, Ghadir has been declared an official public holiday in Iraq for the first time.
Accordingly, Shia Muslims are planning to hold a more magnificent pilgrimage on foot from Karbala to Najaf in the course between Imamate and wilayat decade (from Eid al-Adha to Ghadir).
