AhlulBayt News Agency: The staff of the Department of the Holy Courtyard Care at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started spreading manifestations of joy and decoration coinciding with the celebrations of Eid al-Ghadeer.
The head of the Department, Mr. Khalil Mehdi Hanoun, said that"the staff of the department has started installing banners of joy, bouquets of roses, and banners written about the virtues of Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib(peace be upon him) around the Holy Shrine, in celebration of Allah's greatest Eid".
"The process of spreading manifestations of joy included the walls and entrances of the Holy Shrine, decorating the streets leading to it, and holding celebrations,"he added.
Hanoun continued, "the staff of the department work on every occasion, especially on the auspicious birth anniversaries of the imams(peace be upon them), the Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha and the Great Eid of Allah; Eid al-Ghadeer, to distribute perfumes and roses to the believers arriving to visit the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas(peace be upon him)".
