Manager of Velayat Global TV Hujjat al-Islam Alavi, in a meeting with the president of Al-Mustafa International University, stated,” The Velayat Global TV started its activity in the Persian language, and later Arabic, Hausa, and English languages were added, and now the Azeri language is also starting its programs.”
He considered the launch of the Azari network to be a worthwhile experience and stated,” The programs of this network have been produced in a very short period on various topics and spectrums, and after the trial broadcast, it has now started its global broadcast.”
Hujjat al-Islam Alavi considered the graduates of Al-Mustafa International University as one of the most important human capitals in the field of media and noted Hausa language network programs, which have a large audience in African countries, are produced by African graduates of Al-Mustafa International University and their families, and we are interested in this experience in launching other languages too.

Velayat TV Channel is a satellite TV channel that broadcasts programs in Persian, Arabic, Urdu, Hausa, and Azerbaijani languages. It is managed under the supervision of Nasser Makarim Shirazi, one of the Shi'a authorities in Iran. The Channel was established in 2010. The objectives pursued by this channel include disseminating the teachings of the AhlulBayt (PBUT), defending Shi'a sanctity, and elucidating and promoting Islamic values based on the culture and ideologies of the AhlulBayt (PBUT). This channel also broadcasts content online, and some of its programs are available in book form.
