AhlulBayt News Agency: The Public Speaking of the Husseini preaching Division at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine held its annual condolence Council in commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Mohammad al-Jawad (peace be upon him).
The council, which was held in the courtyard of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), witnessed the presence of a number of visitors, amid a sad atmosphere on the souls of the lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
The council will last for three days, during which religious lectures will be given, morning and evening condolence councils will be held to commemorate this sad anniversary.
During the religious lecture, the Husseini preacher; Sayed Majid al-Mobarqa', touched upon the biography of Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon him), during the government of the Banu Abbas, and also highlighted stations from his biography that radiate light and goodness.
The preacher urged the need to follow the approach of the imam (peace be upon him) and follow in his footsteps, and bear the burdens of that responsibility towards the nation, religion and humanity as a whole.
The council concluded with the recitation of elegies about the martyrdom of Imam Mohammad al-Jawad (peace be upon him).
