AhlulBayt News Agency: The delegation of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine participated in the ceremony of replacing the banners of the two domes of Imams al-Kadhem and al-Jawad (peace be upon them) at the Kadhimiya holy shrine on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon them).
A delegation representing various departments of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine attended the ceremony, which witnessed the participation of many religious and official figures, representatives of scientific institutes, holy shrines and lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them).
The ceremony of replacing the two banners of the Imam al-Kadhem and Imam al-Jawad (peace be upon them) with the black banners of sorrow is organized on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Mohammad al-Jawad (peace be upon him) on the thirtieth of Dhu al-Qi'dah.
The ceremony was held amid a religious atmosphere of sadness and remembrance of this painful occasion and what the imam (peace be upon him) was subjected to.
