June 3rd marks the 35th anniversary of the demise of the late founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini (RA), who is known as an ever-living truth and flag of the Islamic Revolution.
Every year, a commemoration ceremony is held in Imam Khomeini’s Mausoleum, in southern Tehran in the presence of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei, senior state and military officials, as well as thousands of people from different walks of life.
The issue of Palestine is the first issue of the world today, Ayatollah Khamenei said, adding that the al-Aqsa Storm operation has drawn the world's attention to Palestine and made it the first issue of the world.
Al-Aqsa storm operation was a decisive blow to the Zionist regime, the Leader further stressed, saying that the Hamas attack happened right on time and destroyed the enemy's plans.
Citing Western analysts' sayings, he emphasized that Operation Al-Aqsa Storm would change the world, adding that the Zionist regime suffered a severe defeat from the Gaza-based Resistance group.
"The Zionist regime is gradually melting in front of the eyes of the people of the world," he noted, stressing that what Imam Khomeini predicted about the future of Palestine is being realized today.
