AhlulBayt News Agency: The staff of the Department of caring for the Holy Courtyard at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has started the work of washing the dome and minaret of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
The assistant head of the Department, Mr. Zain al-Abidin al-Quraishi, said:"the technical staff in the furniture and decoration care division of the department has started washing the dome and minaret of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him).
He added that" the staffs who started the washing works are physically fit and trained to climb the stairs for these works, "noting that"the ladder is handmade within high-quality measurements and specifications".
"The washing works are carried out according to a plan developed by the department, in line with weather conditions and climate fluctuations, and lasts from three to four days,"he added.
Al-Quraishi pointed out that"the process of washing the Holy dome and the two minarets is carried out after the end of each of the four seasons".
