AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A ceremony is planned to be held in Sydney, Australia, next week to celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam Reza (AS), the eighth Shia Imam.
It will be organized by the Samen al-Aeme Imam Reza Quran Academy.
The program will start at 7 PM local time on Friday, May 24, with recitation of verses from the Quran by qari Mustafa Ashrafi.
A number of religious scholars and experts, including Sheikh Ali Mehdi, Mulla Karrar al-Kufi, Hajj Mustafa Elachi and Syed Hussain Tirmizi, will deliver speeches.
Those interested can watch the program live on the academy’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
The academy will also host the recitation of Nudba Supplication on Friday morning.
Imam Reza’s (AS) birthday anniversary falls the 11th day of Dhul Qaada.
It will be celebrated by Shia Muslims and others all over the world.
