AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Preparations are underway in Imam Reza shrine by Deputy Office for International Pilgrims Affairs to host non-Iranian pilgrims who are expected in the shrine during the 10 Days of Keramat period.
A wide variety of programs are scheduled in the shrine for non-Iranian pilgrims for the 10-day period (between Imam Reza and Hazrat Masumeh’s birth anniversaries) such as special programs for West Asian pilgrims, Arab pilgrims’ march to the shrine to present garlands to the shrine, special programs for Arab pilgrims convoys, ceremony to cherish prominent writers on Imam Reza, exhibition to display artistic works about Ahl al-Bait’s teachings, etc.
Hoj Zolfaghari, Deputy for International Pilgrims Affairs, said non-Iranian pilgrims would be treated by some 14,000 ice creams provided by a Pakistani benefactor.
As for European, American, and South Asian pilgrims, Hoj Zolfaghari said: “Special programs are designed for this group of pilgrims such as a session in English on ‘Grils’ Position in Family from an Islamic Viewpoint’, a special ceremony marking Imam Reza’s birth anniversary, etc.”.
