According to Ahlul Bayt (AS) news agency - Abna - Ayatollah Reza Ramezani, Secretary General of the World Assembly of Ahlul Bayt (AS), invited by the Muslims of Brazil to participate in the conference "Islam; "Religion of Dialogue and Life", in the presence of several Muslim women from the Latin American region, pointing to the unique characteristics of women, stated: every woman has personal and collective capabilities, and one of these personal capabilities is the issue of education. The emotion in a woman is an example of divine love, although the love of God is thousands of times greater than the love of a mother. The educational role given to the woman in the family and the educational role of the mother is very prominent, and these cases go back to women's empowerment. In the field of divine behavior and gentleness, the soul of a woman can grow a lot. Regarding women's social empowerment, it can be said that if a set of women's capacities are collected in social activities, it will become an invincible power.
Islam; The main defender of women's rights
The Secretary General of the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) added: In the last century, the last defense of women in the West was in the field of feminism, and they are still using women as a tool today. Westerners say that we founded human rights, the history of this claim is a hundred years; Whereas Imam Sajjad (a.s.) wrote a treatise on law one thousand two hundred and fifty years ago. The words of the Prophet (PBUH) and the words of Hazrat Amirul Momineen (PBUH) are available about women and all these contents are among the rights of women in Islam. You must introduce the identity that Islam has given to women to western society and the world community.
He added: Women are a huge social capital, of course, throughout history, women have passed through different eras, there was an era when women were presented as anonymous creatures, and even in terms of culture, it reached a point where having a daughter was considered a disgrace! Anonymity and instrumental use are the worst challenges for women and this issue was very present during the old ignorance. At such a time, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) considered himself to be the defender of women's identity and dignity, and he was the defender of women's rights, and in a sense, he became a victim of defending women's rights, because of this, the polytheists introduced him as Abtar i.e. his generation is cut off. It reached to the point where the Prophet kissed their daughter's hand to defend this dignity and presented a new, deep, and accurate image of women.
Equality of men and women in reaching spiritual authorities
The Secretary General of the World Assembly of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) added: A woman can calm the society and family and complement the education of the human race, she can play this main role well at home. A woman's responsibility is not only to stay at home, but she can also be a social activist, and she can even not only in the educational sector; rather, she should be a flow generator in the cultural and political sectors. In this way, a woman finds a great identity and achieves great growth next to men. Even some women, their development in this area is more than men, to the extent that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said: Beating women is the work of lowly people and lowly husbands. All the positions that exist for men, such as Hayat-i Tayyiba (pure life), are also for women; Humanity does not recognize men and women, but humanity returns to dignity. It is stated in the hadiths that "some of the senior companions of Imam Mahdi (AS) will be women".
God elevates the identity and dignity of women so much that some women have been introduced as role models by God in the Qur'an.
He pointed out the need for synergy and cooperation among women activists: We must move towards organization. The women's community of Ahl al-Bayt (pbuh), if formed, can have many blessings for the women of this vast region.
In the end, the Secretary General of Ahl al-Bayt (AS) said: I recommend that you read the views of Imam Khomeini (RA) and Ayatollah Khamenei regarding women. Imam Khomeini (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say: We are entrusted with duties and responsibilities. We must do our duty properly because history will judge us.
