AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): Kata’ib Hezbollah of Iraq hails the punitive operation of the Islamic Republic against the Zionist regime, noting that the US and its vassals only understand the language of weapons.
Operation True Promise is a clear proof of the need to continue the equation of deterrence against the enemy in response to its aggression, Kata’ib Hezbollah said in a statement, Al Mayadeen reported.
“The Zionist-American enemy and its vassals do not know anything but the language of weapons to curb their rebellious nature, shatter their grandeur, and stop their crimes against nations,” the statement read.
In response to the Israeli terrorist attack on Iran’s consulate building in Syria on April 1, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps fired dozens of missiles and drones on Israeli targets on April 13.
Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN Amir-Saeid Iravani has said, “Should the Israeli regime commit any military aggression again, Iran’s response will assuredly and decisively be stronger, and more resolute.”
Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani has said that the attack was based on Iran’s inherent right to legitimate defense enshrined in Article 51 of the UN Charter in the wake of inaction by the UN Security Council and the irresponsible behavior of the US and some European countries to create deterrence against the Zionist regime.
