9 passengers killed after abduction in Balochistan, Pakistan

According to reports unknown armed men killed 9 people from Punjab after abducting a passenger bus in Nushki, a city in Pakistani province of Balochistan.

AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): According to reports unknown armed men killed 9 people from Punjab after abducting a passenger bus in Nushki, a city in Pakistani province of Balochistan.

The bus going to Taftan was stopped on the way by unknown armed men and after checking the identity cards of the passengers, they took away 9 people.

The terrorists took 9 passengers belonging to Punjab to the nearby mountains and shot them dead.

After receiving the information about the incident, police reached the spot and recovered the dead bodies from under the bridge near the nearby hill.

Former Caretaker Information Minister of Balochistan John Achakzai has claimed that the terrorist organization BLA is involved in the attack, the passenger bus was stopped on the National Highway N40 near Nushki and 9 unarmed laborers were killed after looting the passengers' valuables.

On the other hand, in another incident of firing on the national highway in Nushki, 2 people were killed and 5 injured. The injured include the brother of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam member Balochistan Assembly Ghulam Dastgir Badini from Nushki.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sorrow over this horrible incident and said that we stand with the bereaved families in this hour of sorrow, the perpetrators of this incident of terrorism and their facilitators will be punished.

The Prime Minister has called for an inquiry report of the incident.
