AhlulBayt News Agency: The general secretariat of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine announced the success of its security and service plan for the holy month of Ramadhan and the days of Eid al-Fitr.
The plan of the Holy Shrine began to take effect from the first night of the holy month of Ramadhan, passing through the three nights of al-Qadr and commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of the Commander of the faithful Imam Ali (peace be upon him), through the establishment of condolence councils, and concluding with the days of Eid al-Fitr.
The staff of all departments of the holy shrine during the holy month and Eid provided a range of various services, including what fell on the shoulders of the Department of caring for the holy courtyard, the division of the holy sanctuary and the division of Sayed servants, through the provision of thousands of Qurans, books of the Ziyarat, and the organization of the flow of visitors inside the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), while the organization of the movement of visitors outside the holy shrine is the responsibility of the staff of the department between the Two Holy Shrines and the rest of the supporting departments, as well as many other services.
The Host Restaurant Department provided hundreds of thousands of meals for visitors arriving to the holy city of Karbala, at the time of Suhoor and Iftaar through its outlets located inside and outside the city center, as well as receiving the Sheikh al-Kulayni Complex for visitors and providing them with Iftaar meals.
The Department of Religious Affairs, the scientific complex of the Holy Quran and the Public Speaking Division of the Hussayni preaching at the holy shrine organized a series of activities related to the holy month, including preaching and guidance councils, recited, memorized and educational Quranic Khatmahs, Quranic and cultural competitions, in addition to intellectual lectures provided to visitors in the holy courtyard.
The Service Affairs Department redoubled its efforts to provide the best services to visitors by providing the necessary supplies needed by visitors, in addition to a wide cleaning campaign that included the vicinity of the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), after the area witnessed a large influx of visitors.
The Departments of the Al-Abbas's(p) holy shrine mobilized the efforts of all its staff, and developed integrated plans earlier, in preparation for providing services to visitors of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), in the holy month of Ramadan and the days of Eid al-Fitr, and these services culminated in the success of the security and service plan during the holy month and the days of Eid al-Fitr.
