AhlulBayt News Agency: A delegation from Al-Azhar mosque in Egypt was briefed on some projects of the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine.
Sheikh Al-Azhar's advisor Dr. Sheikh Mohammed Abdul Samad Mohammed Mehanna visited the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine, accompanied by a delegation of Egyptian and Arab expatriate figures, while he was received by the head of the public relations department at the holy shrine, Mr. Mohammad Ali Azhar, and the assistant head of the media department, Mr. Jassam Mohammad al-Saidi.
The guest delegation listened to a brief explanation about the urban, cultural and scientific renaissance that took place at the holy shrine after the fall of the tyrant, and also watched some short films in this regard.
The delegation was honored to visit the holy sanctuary of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), expressing its happiness with this visit.
Professor of international law at Al-Azhar University and director of the Al-Azhar arcades at its University, Dr. Mehanna, said that "this visit is the first to Karbala and its holy shrines," stressing that "the beginning was from the shrine of Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas (peace be upon him), because it is the door of the Master of martyrs Imam al-Hussayn (peace be upon him).
