Ahlulbayt News Agency: The Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas's (p) holy shrine has established a Quranic Council for orphans in the state of Senegal.
The council organized by the African Studies Center of the department, as part of its program during the month of Ramadhan.
The coordinator of the Center in Senegal, Sheikh Mustafa Senegali, said that"the program dedicated to the holy month of Ramadhan continues in the state of Senegal, and included multiple events, including the Quranic Council for the orphans segment".
He added that"the council aims to strengthen the relationship between this segment and the Holy Quran, and to introduce them to the rules of recitation and the statement of the sciences and knowledge of the Dear Book of Allah".
