AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The conference dubbed "Quds, the common heritage of heavenly religions and the axis of unity between the Islamic Ummah" was held with the participation of justice-seeking and freedom-loving youth from various scientific and religious centers in Tanzania.

Iran's ambassador to Tanzania, Hossein Alvandi, in this conference on the occasion of International Quds Day, said that the Holy Quds is especially respected by all Abrahamic religions and today due to the crimes of the Israeli regime, it is not only the main issue of the Islamic world but also the human society.

The Iranian ambassador to Tanzania added: "Muslims' faith and humanity require that they stand against the crimes of the Zionist regime and defend the rights of the Palestinian people."

Alvandi stated: After the Al-Aqsa Flood operation and the resistance and perseverance of the oppressed people of Palestine, we are witnessing the downward trend of the power of the colonialists and the usurping Zionist regime, as well as the promotion of the culture of resistance and standing and the growth of hope in the nations of the region.

Referring to the crimes committed by the usurping Zionist regime, including the killing of 33,000 innocent Palestinian citizens in Gaza, Iran's ambassador to Tanzania said that now we are witnessing the Holocaust of Palestinians in front of those who claim they are defenders of human rights, which hurts the heart of every free person and shows the double standards of Western countries toward human values and human rights.
