AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): The third annual meeting of Shia Ulema Assembly of India was held in New Delhi with the presence of scholars and clerics.
The third annual meeting of the Indian Shia Ulema Assembly was held in New Delhi with the presence of scholars and clerics from all over India in the community of Ahl al-Bayt Abul Fazl (PBUH).
The first session of this meeting began with the recitation of Holy Quran. Then, Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Qazi Askari, a member of the Shia Ulama Assembly of India, gave a speech explaining how this assembly was formed and established and then elaborated on its goals.
In another part the meeting, Hujjat al-Islam Maulana Fayaz Baqir, another managing director of this assembly, presented the annual performance report.
After that, one after another, the representatives gave comments and suggestions about the programs and its development. At the end of the first meeting, in appreciation of the services of Hujjat al-Islam Shabib Hosseini and Hujjat al-Islam Shabib Kazem, a valuable gift was presented to them by Hujjat al-Islam Qazi Askari.
The second meeting also started with the recitation of Holy Quran. After that, Hujjat al-Islam Akhtar Abbas, the representative of the Supreme Council of the Shia Ulema Council of India, explained the current situation of Muslims and the duties of the clergy in this regard.
