Admiral George Wikoff told Al-Monitor newspaper: ‘The Houthis in Yemen cannot be deterred.’
He added: ‘Diplomatic pressure can push the Houthis to cease their attacks in the Red Sea.’
The Admiral continued: ‘We cannot bear this military effort in the Red Sea alone.
